Deck - Out door entertaining area
Mr and Mrs Jones had always known what they wanted to achieve with their indoor/outdoor entertaining area. We worked to their direction to achieve;
- Rebuild existing concrete deck as a timber deck
- New pool fencing balustrade
- New stairs
- Add a new 40m2 entertaining deck with privacy screen at one end.
- Separate the two decks with a pair of timber bi-fold doors, which when closed form a walkway between the main house and the granny flat.
- Completely cover the decks with a "fly over" insulated roofing system
Garage
Mr and Mrs List wanted a garage that blended with the style of their home.
We constructed this timber framed, timber truss-roof garage which blends effortlessly with the existing home.
A new exposed aggregate concrete driveway and cross-over was included to complete the picture.
Garage
McDowall
The brief here was simple; build a huge (7m x 9m) double garage to look like it was always part of the house.
The result is a brick veneer garage, fully lined inside with a truss and tile roof that matches the existing house roof style. There is enough room inside for two cars, storage and a workshop.
