House Extension - Deck, Entertainment Area, Bedrooms
A very unique construction in Samford Valley, Brisbane.
We have rebuilt and extended the original deck and connected it to the pool area via a walkway. The main house roof will be extended over the deck to create a huge entertaining area. Two bedrooms were relocated from the centre of the house to the far end, this newly created living space opens onto the deck via a new 6 metre sliding glass stacker door.
House Extension - Master Bedroom, WIR, Ensuite
The owners of this Northgate period home had a very clear and specific plan for the look and layout of this extension.
We worked to their instruction to produce some very useable space and that stunning ensuite bathroom. Essentially we added a Master Bedroom with a walk-thru-robe into the ensuite bathroom.
The double carport at the side of the home was constructed at the same time.

Mrs Mitchell needed more room!! With teenagers returning to the nest, 3 bedrooms were never going to be enough. We extended the front of the house, including:
- Class 1A concrete slab
- Adding two large bedrooms
- Built in robes with sliding doors
- Access to the main house and outside
What is slightly different about this extension is the use of an insulated sandwich panel roofing system. Providing roof and ceiling all in one and allowing the bedrooms to have high, raked ceilings.
Again the extension blends in well, quickly adding much needed space.

Mr and Mrs Danis moved into their new home with big plans in mind.
We worked with their ideas and came up with a total make over including:
- Demolish and rebuild front, rear and side decks
- Massive fly-over insulated roof to the front deck
2 complete bathroom renovations
- A totally new ensuite bathroom to the master bed
- W.I.R to master bed
- Huge deck to the rear
- Two new rooms off the deck, office and gym
- Extend hallway to provide access to the deck from the main house

Although Mr and Mrs Muzeen love the area in which they live, with a new family addition on the way, they were looking to move to a larger home. Unable to find a suitable home in the same area they looked to expand their existing home.
Works included:
Front of House - Add:
- Master bedroom
- Ensuite to master
- Walk-in robe to master
- New hallway to access master
- This new addition creates a 2 car space for parking underneath.
Rear - Add:
-Large entertaining deck
-Hidden laundry and store off deck
-Timber stacker doors leading onto deck
-Extend bathroom, kitchen and dining by 1 metre

-Remove walls for that "open plan" feel
-Extend and re furbish existing bathroom

Samford Valley
A modern home with a beautiful vista all that was missing was an outdoor area to enjoy it from.
Firstly we removed the Aluminium sliding glass doors and replaced them with Surian Cedar bi-folding units, which instantly gives a more open feel.
A new hardwood deck now extends from the bi-folds way out into the back yard; a "scissor truss" roof extends the original house roof out and over the deck. The scissor trusses allow more ceiling height in order to take in the view and add to that 'open feel', it is fully lined, modern lighting and a stainless steel balustrade complete the contemporary look.

Another beautiful bush setting finds Trueline Building Services extending the lounge room to double the size and leading onto a new entertaining deck, on one side of the home.
On the opposite side we have built in a new walk-in pantry, store room and wine cellar, all under extended main house roof.
