Under Construction

Nearing completion this month is a combination of additions and alterations to this Ferny Hills home.

Extending the lounge outward leading onto a new deck with Cedar bi-fold doors, replacing the entrance doors and adding roof cover, removing walls downstairs to open up a usable area and also adding a second bathroom to the downstairs area.

Just coming out of the ground this month is this sizable renovation and addition in Clayfield.

The majority of modifications to the existing internals have been completed, including a full bathroom renovation, and the extensions are at a floor frame stage.

This architect designed new home has just come out of the ground after a month of rock-breaking and earthworks, the footings and retaining walls are done. Slabs will go down soon and then we will be under way.

This house was relocated to a vacant block in Wynnum and was in a pretty sad state when it was restumped. We installed a new truss roof system, front and rear decks with stairs, fitted out upstairs and installed new Cedar French doors. Downstairs is being built in at the moment to include a bedroom, laundry and bathroom.
